This workshop will explore how competency gap analysis can improve talent management and upskilling strategies. Participants will learn how to leverage data to identify competency gaps, make informed decisions, and develop effective upskilling programs that meet the needs of their organization. The workshop will provide practical insights and best practices for using competency mapping as a tool to drive successful talent management initiatives.

Talent Development, over 8 years of experience in HR with background in psychology.
I am a person who is curious about all HR areas, but my strenghts include Talent Development, Upskilling, Talent and psychometric Assessment, Career Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employer branding with experience working across different working environments and markets.
I am passionate about people and I enjoy working with different levels of seniority, from interns to Leaders, I love exploring different HR topics, manage complex and fast changing working environment, and working in cross-functional teams across geographies. I have experience working in IT, the financial industry, a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
I believe HR has a crucial role in every company and for me personally is rewarding in several ways. It gives me an opportunity to work closely with people, supporting employee’s journey from their day one and managing their development and growth and providing them safe surounding to unleash their potential. This allows me to make a significant impact on the workplace culture and the success of the company, and since it requires a diverse skill set and the ability to adapt to changing needs and situations I feel like I am growing professionally and personally every day.
No matter the task, or project, I try to do everything with excellence, determination, and passion keeping in mind a human-centric approach. The most important values for me are honesty, passion, and courage to make decisions that lead to change.
