Silvia is a seasoned HR executive with over 15 years of international experience in shaping and leading global people strategies. As Vice President of Global Human Resources for Agricultural Solutions at BASF, she oversees HR transformation across a dynamic, global business. Her previous leadership roles include Head of HR for Global Engineering Services and Head of Workforce Analytics, where she spearheaded data-driven decision-making, agile HR practices, and sustainability initiatives. Silvia has played a pivotal role in developing global HR frameworks in compensation, performance, and total rewards. With a background in finance and academia, she brings analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and inclusive leadership to global talent development and organizational change.
