Prior to this, Lenka built her expertise at Honeywell and Accenture, specializing in HR operations, business intelligence, and PeopleSoft systems. Her background includes recruitment analytics, project management, and emotional intelligence—enabling her to bridge the gap between data and people strategy. Based in Prague, Lenka is known for her analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to translate complex data into actionable HR solutions.
