Developing and retaining future talent has become one of the most critical success factors in today’s dynamic business environment. To strengthen our organisational talent pipeline, we launched a multi-level development journey that grows with our employees—starting with junior talents and expanding step by step into higher leadership layers. In this session, I will share how we designed the program for our most junior talents that fits seamlessly into the everyday realities of our people across countries and functions. From blended learning and cross-country peer work to fire-side-meetings, site visits, and on-the-job experiences, participants learn in ways that truly matter. I will also share our evaluation data and what it reveals about effectiveness and next steps. This session demonstrates how intentional design can turn talent development into a strategic driver.
