Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of HR Digital at Infineon Technologies, he drives the company’s global HR digitalization agenda. With previous roles as Lead HR Business Partner for Infineon’s Automotive division and a consultant in executive search and leadership assessment, Kevin blends people strategy with tech-driven innovation. Earlier in his career, he supported top HR leadership at Deutsche Telekom. He brings over a decade of cross-industry experience in shaping agile, future-ready organizations through modern HR practices.

Jasmin is a digital HR leader with deep expertise in transforming HR processes through technology and data-driven strategy. Currently Manager Digital Expert HR at Infineon Technologies, she drives digitalization initiatives across HR, with a focus on scalable systems and user-centric solutions. Prior to this, she spent six years at Mercer Deutschland, progressing from Solution Consultant to Workday Practice Manager, where she led end-to-end HR tech implementations for global clients. Jasmin also holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where she researched HR development in technology-driven organizations. Combining academic insight with real-world implementation experience, she brings a unique perspective to digital transformation in HR.
