With previous roles as Lead HR Business Partner for Infineon’s Automotive division and a consultant in executive search and leadership assessment, Kevin blends people strategy with tech-driven innovation. Earlier in his career, he supported top HR leadership at Deutsche Telekom. He brings over a decade of cross-industry experience in shaping agile, future-ready organizations through modern HR practices.

Jasmin is a digital HR leader with deep expertise in transforming HR processes through technology and data-driven strategy. Currently Manager Digital Expert HR at Infineon Technologies, she drives digitalization initiatives across HR, with a focus on scalable systems and user-centric solutions. Prior to this, she spent six years at Mercer Deutschland, progressing from Solution Consultant to Workday Practice Manager, where she led end-to-end HR tech implementations for global clients. Jasmin also holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where she researched HR development in technology-driven organizations. Combining academic insight with real-world implementation experience, she brings a unique perspective to digital transformation in HR.
