Sandra Subel (she/her) is a passionate change-maker with 15 years of professional experience. In 2020 she started her tenure as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Axel Springer. In this role, she focuses on building and executing a holistic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for the group. Previously she worked for Accenture in the fields of innovation and change management. In her free time, Sandra is a columnist for Forbes Women Poland.
Sandra believes that a growth mindset combined with curiosity, humility, and empathy are the distinguishing traits of future-proof leaders. She is passionate about solving complex problems, driving organizational change at scale, and helping people build their creative confidence.
