As technological transformation accelerates, HR leaders must rethink how to build and retain the workforce of the future. This session explores a strategic approach to addressing emerging skills gaps related to AI, and digital innovation. Drawing on the experience of the GreenHouse Project and academic-industry collaboration, we will examine how new degree programs, workforce planning, and talent strategies are being aligned to meet future demands. The presentation will highlight how to balance the evolving need for technical know-how with long-term business objectives and employee value propositions. It will also cover the role of strategic partnerships between universities and enterprises in creating talent pipelines, embedding tech capabilities in workforce planning, and building agility in talent management.
