• Currently Head HR for two Service Areas handling a global HR role across 45 + Countries, 9000 plus employees
• Previously Head of Human Resource and Vice President at Ericsson for Region India for 5 years.
• Prior to that, Head of HR for all businesses at Jones Lang LaSalle for India and Sri Lanka encompassing all verticals of Agency Leasing, Capital Markets, Consulting, Facilities Management, Project and Development Services, Property Management, Valuations & Shared Services.
• In roles prior to that, worked as Director HR overlooking the entire HR function and specifically in HR consulting, Training and Development , Project Management, Performance Management, global HR roll-outs, Total Rewards, Data Analytics, Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
