High-performing leaders often face burnout, impacting both their well-being and organizational success. Instead of treating well-being as just another perk, this session explores strategic interventions—assessment, coaching, and tailored development programs—to sustain energy, performance, and long-term leadership effectiveness. In this presentation, you will learn:
As Global Head of Wellbeing and DEI at Nokia CNS, I am driving forward a research informed strategy aimed at building a work climate where people function and feel well, performance and productivity are sustainable and where diverse individuals have an equitable and inclusive experience of the workplace so they can be their best selves.
I have 20 years’ of experience across business partnering, culture change, leadership and organisation development. I am passionate about implementing people strategies that drive sustainable human performance and thriving cultures.
I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified coach and specialise in coaching modalities such as equine-guided leadership and team development and NLP (neuro linguistic programming). I have lived and worked across the Netherlands, India, France, Egypt and the UK and thrive most in multicultural environments.
