Digitalisation, talent shortages, changing attitudes to work and economic uncertainties – organisations are facing major challenges. The change in the world of work is transformative and profound. It is more important than ever to find, attract and retain good talent. A holistic Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategy is key in driving these talent objectives. How do organisations want to appear to prospective and current employees and what do they stand for? What is the company’s ethos? These questions are now more pertinent than ever as how organisations represent themselves in the market has a direct impact on company culture and its ability to attract, retain and motivate prospective and existing employees. What does a future-ready, holistic, and attractive EVP look like? And which questions need to be answered when designing and implementing one? We want to answer these and more questions in our presentation.

Talent management has the potential to be an extremely exciting playground where psychology, analytics, organisational design and traditional HR interact to create powerful solutions. The use of data to inform and track initiatives is at its infancy but has great promise, and I'm looking forward to supporting organisations on this journey.
