Kirstin’s experience in talent acquisition spans 17 years. Having joined AMS Advisory in 2013, she has been managing TA transformation, diagnostics, and continuous improvement and optimization interventions for global, German and European clients including Teva, Merck/MSD, Nexans, Rolls-Royce and Barclays.
Kirstin holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior/Occupational Psychology and joined Alexander Mann Solutions in March 2005, where she has had a range of operational recruitment and leadership roles in our RPO practice before moving into Advisory.
