I am currently the Vice President of Learning, Organizational and Cast Development at Partners Federal Credit Union, a Walt Disney Company, where I champion complex projects in research and development that uncover the need for continuing education and training throughout the organization.
I hold a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Leadership, and I am a certified strengths coach, a TalentSmart certified instructor, and a Breakthrough Leadership Program graduate. I am also an international keynote speaker, an executive coach, a board member, and an executive editorial board member.
