Andreas Klug is a Total Rewards Expert at GEA Group AG. He is mainly responsible for the annual bonus and salary review processes and has led Total Rewards projects in the past. He joined GEA after completing his M.Sc. in Business Administration in 2021 and has experiences in different Group HR departments of international companies as well as in conducting labor market research during his studies.

I love having an impact on global topics and driving initiatives forward that are concerned with combining strategic targets, operational excellence and user experience. I am driven by interesting and challenging topics, by collaboration with great colleagues, by solving problems and by bringing different requirements together.
Acting as part of our global Center of Expertise at GEA, the area of Total Rewards offers all of that to me and developing concepts with an end-to-end responsibility gives me the opportunity to contribute to these topics with an international scope.
