Having an insightful overview from the Retail, Consultancy, Automotive and IT industries, alongside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, my perspectives is well informed on achieving business needs while taking care of employees’ wellbeing and development. Currently overseeing the People and Culture department across EMEA, I have the opportunity to impact the way we recruit, retain, train, develop and care for employees, as well as cultivate a healthy culture, guided by the core values of empathy, efficiency and improvement. In a period of groundbreaking changes, we help the business adapt while keeping our employees satisfied. I strongly believe in discovering people, new ways of thinking and experiencing diverse cultures as a way to experience life and personal development, that is why I love to travel.
The most thrilling and fulfilling part of my job is working alongside a team of determined and creative professionals by whom I am inspired every day and seeing our goals become a reality every year. I am keen on improving myself as a being and the environment around me, while supporting others in their journey. What the role of People and Culture Director uniquely brings, compared to other roles, is the opportunity to witness how diverse people are and how everyone has unique traits and qualities, to notice how motivations and behaviors differ, and to see that despite the differences and similarities they share, we achieve together the same goal, making the same mission become a reality. Being able to be an active actor towards achieving business development with a strong team focus is very special to me.
