In her current role as Global Head of HR Governance, Strategy & Solutions at BASF, she drives cross-functional initiatives that align HR operations with business goals. She has held several leadership positions across BASF, including roles in Global Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, and site-level HR management. With a background spanning talent development, organizational change, and international HR leadership, Barbara brings a practical and strategic approach to building scalable HR solutions in complex environments.
