Georg is a Senior HR Manager who sees the glass always half full. 20 years of international HR experience in various international organizations, from software (SAP), oil and gas (BP) to now chemicals (Borealis). During these years he also gained experience in consulting (Deloitte and Aon Hewitt). Some years ago, when he struggled with getting various head-hunters aligned, he founded his own recruiting platform (discoverme.eu) and sold the start-up successfully after 2 years.
