Guido Ruiz Höhn is a global player and recognized change leader with a successful track record in promoting transformational processes within global organizations. Currently he is leading the “UP4Growth” within Novartis, an enterprise wide strategic program that aims to integrate and simplify core people development management processes across the organization for around 118,000 associates in approximately 155 countries. Prior to this, he was the Global HR Head for Pharma Quality at Novartis where he successfully contributed to build the organization and led a global team of HR professionals who achieved sustainable success in growing and strengthening the talent pipeline of the business.
Guido currently lives in Switzerland and holds a degree in Psychology, a Master degree in Human Resources & Leadership and a Master degree in Business Management.
