As a graduate in Business Psychology, I began my career in the academic environment as a lecturer and human resources developer, with a particular focus on leadership and team development. For the past three years, I have been responsible for international human resources and organizational development, as well as recruiting, at thyssenkrupp Bilstein GmbH, with a strong emphasis on talent management, learning, and retention.
My job allows me to bring forth my "Signature Strengths" every day: optimism, curiosity, interest, and enthusiasm – and to awaken these qualities in employees and talents as well.
