Lars is a data-driven HR professional with deep expertise in workforce planning, analytics, and HR systems. Currently at Nestlé Deutschland AG, he leads strategic initiatives that align workforce insights with business goals, supporting data-informed decision-making across HR. Prior to joining Nestlé, Lars spent over seven years at Nespresso Deutschland GmbH, where he advanced through roles in HR systems, planning, and coordination, driving efficiency and operational excellence. With a foundation in HR technology and administrative systems, Lars combines hands-on system expertise with strategic workforce insight. His early career in customer service and team leadership has sharpened his communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities across diverse business contexts.
