Marilyn started as an entrepreneur, establishing a consultancy for intercultural communication & team collaboration. Clients included BMW, Siemens, Toshiba, AEG, Knorr Bremse, German Chamber of Commerce. She also served as adjunct faculty at University of California SD & Indiana University. Later, she took on various HR leadership roles in startups/mid-size companies (Xerion, Netviewer, Coriant) and then in global companies (GE, Sanofi). Her experience spans across many industries: IT, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals
Marilyn’s “forte” is designing & delivering 30+ leadership programs as well as hundreds of change & innovation workshops. Her work has touched thousands of global leaders and teams.
