Recruiting for senior / leadership roles within technology
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy
- Source candidates, screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive the offer process, including generating offer letters, extending offers, and closing candidates
- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Booking.com
- Spread the Booking.yeah environment through organising and attending technical conferences and meetups in the local communities all over the globe
