Since June 1st 2016 Michael Rubas is Senior Vice President HR Planning, IT & Operations at Deutsche Telekom AG and reports directly to the CHRO. He is also member of the supervisory board of the Deutsche Telekom Shared Services Europe GmbH.Within the Deutsche Telekom Group he started his career at T-Systems and held various management positions incl. Managing Director of ICT Services at T-Systems Switzerland and Senior Vice President Human Resources at T-Systems International.Before his career at Deutsche Telekom he worked as HR manager at debis Systemhaus. Michael started his professional career at Daimler AG as Consultant for Organizational Development. He recently finished a Master of Consulting & Coaching for Change at the HEC Paris & Said Business School Oxford.
