I love my job because we design the terms and conditions for managers and employees globally which need to be attractive and are having a strong impact on our working culture. Thus, it also sets the course for the future of my company in a dynamic environment to attract top talents around the world. The cultural diversity is very enriching. We have a great international team that operates worldwide and the topics we work on are very heterogeneous and demanding providing deep insights into different labor markets and international compensation systems. In a broader context we are striving to reflect politically and socially relevant topics in our solutions, such as equity pay and sustainability.
