After graduating a dual-master program in European Studies, Raluca found her passion for recruitment in the Berlin office of a San-Francisco-based recruitment agency. Building-up teams for a wide range of tech start-ups gave her a good understanding of the industry and of the harsh competition for talent.
Currently, she is working in-house for Scout24, being responsible for the engineering roles. Her focus lies in speeding up the processes, creating a valuable candidate experience and triggering diversity within the teams.
