As an inhouse recruiter my foucs is on the tech department. I'm responsible for everything fromsourcing to interviews and emplyer branding/recruitment At Bonnier Broadcasting my main task is to recruit developers to out various team working on ourstreaming services TV4 Play and C More. This includes everything from sourcing to interviews,candidates experience, and employer branding.
I also support the non-IT side of the orgnisation with their recruitment.marketing and candidate experience.
