Stefanie is an experienced and future-oriented strategic Senior Global Talent Manager in Leadership, Talent, Team, Organizational, Career Development and Learning. Main topics at the moment are co-creating and implementing a global Talent Development approach in SE, driving the My Growth approach and defining the strategic EnergySkills4Tomorrow framework with related Learning Academies.

With a track record of more than 20 years in Human Resources, she has gained experience as a trusted international strategic and operational Global HR Business Partner in People, Leadership and Organizational Development. She has driven various global HR topics and projects as a collaborative HR Project Manager and lead teams in disciplinary and project settings.

Passionate about Leadership and Team Development she steers a community of internal coaches and runs her own coaching business.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, travelling, singing and cooking.
