With a track record of more than 20 years in Human Resources, she has gained experience as a trusted international strategic and operational Global HR Business Partner in People, Leadership and Organizational Development. She has driven various global HR topics and projects as a collaborative HR Project Manager and lead teams in disciplinary and project settings. Passionate about Leadership and Team Development she steers a community of internal coaches and runs her own coaching business.
