As organizations grow more agile and technology-driven, HR faces the challenge of evolving traditional job evaluation methods to fit dynamic, cross-functional roles. This presentation explores how to effectively integrate agile job architectures — such as those for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and specialized IT roles — into existing compensation structures. Discover strategies to evaluate and benchmark these roles fairly, even when they don’t fit neatly into standard job families. We’ll examine how to create comparability across agile and traditional roles, define job structures clearly, and build scalable compensation models that reflect skills, impact, and evolving responsibilities. Additionally, the session will touch on how this approach supports better recognition, engagement, and culture — as well as smarter resource planning. You’ll also gain insights into the tools and technologies, including pay analytics platforms, that can support data-driven compensation decisions across a hybrid and agile organization.
