More than 15 years experience in the Total Rewards Area starting with a local remit for the management, development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs. Over the last 6 years as a Senior HR Leader I have lead and transformed the Total Reward Function from a few small and local Total Reward teams to a true Global COE Total Reward. As part of that the successful harmonization of core Compensation and Recognition processes and implementation of Global Systems where significant milestones to achieve. As a result today the Computacenter organization benefits from global and centralized services around Total Rewards as well as from harmonized processes to support the international growth of our organization. As one key element our Global Recognition platform and programm has become a pivotal part of how we recognize the achievements of our staff and celebrate them globally. With these foundations the Total Rewards function is now able to continuously evolve our Total Rewards offerings to make sure we keep close to market trends and support our business to attract and retain critical talent.
