In my daily work I'm motivated by having the opportunity of getting to know so many different kinds of people with lots of different backgrounds. I think it's a great opportunity to help people find their personal job fit.
On the personal side, I enjoy traveling to different countries and seeing different sceneries while always having Hamburg to come home to.

What do I do @ Philips?
As Talent Acquisition Consultant I do End2End recruiting for Philips with focus on Sales positions in Health Systems for Germany. Active sourcing is still part of my role beside (f2f) interviewing, contract negotiations and advising of business leaders on different levels. I collaborate closely with our HR Partners and the workers council and work on different projects.
