She is happiest at work when connecting with others through the simple act of gratitude, celebrating people for what they do and who they are. In addition to being a seasoned strategist, Lynette is also an experienced human resources, recognition, and performance researcher and analyst. She draws on industry trends and data-backed best practices, in combination with her deep client experience, to help customers consider the many aspects of what it means to make work more human, validate their human applications strategy, and achieve early program success. During her career, Lynette has helped some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world realize their ambitions through successful recognition and performance development programs. Her client portfolio includes, AstraZeneca, Nokia, bp, Citibank and IBM. Based out of Workhuman’s Dublin, Ireland, headquarters, Lynette has been with Workhuman since 2007 and is a frequently requested speaker with a talent for engaging executive-level audiences in seeing gratitude, connection and inclusion through a new lens. Lynette holds a B.S. and M.S. from Boston University.
