Peter is a Partner and head of Deloitte Consulting's Total Rewards practice in Germany. He is responsible for advising clients on compensation, saleforce compensation, pensions and other Total Reward issues.

In addition he heads up Germany’s M&A Human Capital team dealing with both due diligence issues and cross-functional post-merger integration projects (Change, Organizational design, HR integration, Communications).

He has lived in Germany since 2001 and has 20 years experience of advising clients on international HR, pension and compensation issues. Prior to moving to Germany he was a benefits actuary and investment consultant based in London, UK.

I am responsible for the design and development of top-level live conferences and virtual networking products for the Digital Business/ Corporate events portfolio, with a focus on HR Technology, HR Analytics, and Learning & Development.
