Rouven Faasch is one of the founders of bettercoach and is responsible for developing its community. His mission is to help people and organizations become more lively and emotionally engaged to achieve better results together. Rouven thrives when he can utilize his communicative, creative, and empathetic skills. With an academic background in Management and Ecological Economics, Rouven is also a trained systemic coach. He is about to embark on further education in psychodynamic coaching, deepening his expertise and expanding his ability to support people and organizations
Franziska Goth de León is the Head of Partner Management at bettercoach in Berlin, where she leads strategic HR development and client advisory services. With over a decade of experience in business development, sales, and customer relations, she has held key roles at bettercoach and The Owners Forum GmbH. Her background includes strategic planning at Bocar Group and research roles at Freie Universität Berlin and Siemens Energy. Additionally, Franziska is a certified coach, mediator, and yoga teacher, bringing a well-rounded approach to her work. She is fluent in Spanish, German, and English
Bianca Korlatzki, Senior Consultant High Potential Manager at Merck, holds a Master of Arts in International Mid-market Management from the SRH University Heidelberg. She has a wealth of experience at Merck KGA, having joined the company in October 2015 as part of an internship during her studies. Since then, she gained extensive experience in various projects around People Development and has managed global development programs for over three years. In 2020, Bianca shifted her focus to the global High Potential Management at Merck, where she spearheaded the implementation of a new advanced concept based on benchmarking and feedback.
