We have been working more and more with employee surveys and diagnostics. By analyzing the results and progress over the years, we are able to identify and improve the pain points in our business unit and improve the employee experience overall. Aside from the employee and manager surveys, one of the most recent examples is the diagnostic we conducted, which resulted in a unit-wide change.
