Holly Hamilton is the Director of Global Rewards at Amadeus, a leading global travel technology company in the IBEX35. In her role, Holly oversees a wide spectrum of strategic reward initiatives, including executive and board compensation, equity and incentive plan design and operations, global benefits and mobility, pay transparency, and broad-based reward strategy. With a career spanning several top-tier technology firms across the US and UK, Holly brings deep expertise in job architecture, competitive benchmarking, HR transformation, M&A, and change management. She has successfully led Reward functions for both American and British companies, advising on organizational design, IPO and de-listing reward matters, mergers, acquisitions, and HR transformation. Holly began her career as a US tax attorney specializing in employee benefits, before transitioning into executive compensation, corporate governance, and equity plans. She holds a Doctorate in Law from Emory University School of Law and is a dual US/UK national, combining legal acumen with strategic HR leadership. Her global perspective and multidisciplinary background make her a trusted voice in shaping agile and forward-thinking reward strategies in today’s dynamic business landscape.
